Airport - Negombo

Day 01

Meet your English speaking Chauffeur Guide on arrival. Transfer to a beach hotel in Negombo, visit a fishing village or at leisure in the beach. Overnight at Negombo with the city tour.

Negombo - Anuradhapura Via Wilpattu National Park

Day 02

After breakfast, Leave for Anuradhapura. This will be a fairly long drive of around three hours. On route we will be visiting Wilpattu National Park with safari ride.

Anuradhapura - sigiriya

Day 03

This morning you should make an early start for visit the Sacred City of Anuradhapura and get the blessings of Lord Buddha. Founded in the 05th century B.C. & first capital of Sri Lanka, has the largest number of ancient monuments of the Great Sinhala civilization, which flourished in the region. Taking pride of this place is the “Bo Tree” which is over 2,200 years old grown from a branch of the very tree under which the Buddha attained enlightenment. The oldest historically documented tree in the world. You have the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Sigiriya.

Sigiriya - Kandy Via Dambulla

Day 04

Morning at 0800 hrs proceed to Sigiriya. Climb the Sigiriya rock fortress and view the famous frescoes painted in a rock pocket and also see the mirror wall and proceed to Kandy. Commence a sightseeing tour of Dambulla Cave Temple & Pidurangala Rock.In route visit a Spice Garden in Matale and Overnight stay at a hotel in Kandy.

Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

Day 05

For a blessed and spiritual morning, have to visit the "Dalada Maligawa" to offer flowers to tooth relic of Lord Buddha & visit royal botanical gardens in Peradeniya. Afterwards little Kandy tour and travel to Nuwera Eliya. on the way feel the chill of rolling countryside with the soft scent of heather and gorse, and the only noise the gurgling of streams that merge into the crashing Baker`s Falls. You have the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Nuwara Eliya.

Nuwara Eliya - Udawalawe Via Ella

Day 06

This morning you should make an early start for Horton Plains to arrive at World`s End before the clouds rise! This is a beautiful and fairly, gentle walk through a landscape that reminded me of Dartmoor or the Scottish Highlands, Strawberry Farm, Moon Plains, Victoria Park, Lake Gregory and Pidurutalagala Mountain in Nuwara Eliya. On route udawalawe visit nine arch bridge and Little Adams peak. Overnight at Udawalwe.

Udawalawe - Sinharaja

Day 07

You have two game drives in the Uda Walawe National Park today, where the bird and animal sightings should be different to your Wilpattu experience. Overnight at Sinharaja Rainforest.

Sinharaja - Galle

Day 08

This morning you can take a walk with a naturalist into the rainforest where you will be able to see a wide range of wildlife, including some wonderfully exotic insects and endemic species of bird! Thereafter in the afternoon, proceed to Galle. Leisure on the beach view resort. Dinner and overnight stay at Galle.

Galle - Colombo

Day 09

Galle enriching and vibrant, the bullock carts and the buses, the lorries and the tuk tuk (trishaws), the smiles of the school children in their shining whites all a merry sight and a sort of a warm welcome to the easy going ways of the Sri Lankan people while exploring Galle Fort. If You Like, you can get Train Experience from Galle to Colombo in Sea Train on route Madu River Safari. Overnight at Colombo.

Colombo - Airport For departure flight

Day 10

After your breakfast, you will be cruising on a sightseeing tour of Colombo. You will drive through the commercial and city center area “Fort”, built by the Portuguese in the 16th century. A highlight would be a visit to the bustling and colorful markets and bazaars of Pettah, the National Museum with its fine collection of lovely antiques. You will be driving past Town Hall and the Independence Square. Following the city tour of Colombo, you will drive back to Colombo airport for your onward flight with happy Sri Lankan memories.
